I understand that Penta will check these declarations, that a false declaration means removal from the programme and repayment of all fees and bonuses paid to me, and that a Penta employee connected to me may face disciplinary action.

I understand that the spot fee and bonuses are the only payments I may receive for Homegrown. I will not charge, ask for or accept any money or gift from buyers or anyone else.

I understand Homegrown is a referral arrangement, not employment, and that fees are only paid on delivered cars.
